Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
